Support Taylorville and Edgewood

Get out there and support these two tournaments the next two weeks. Both of these tournaments have been cancelled due to lack of intrest. Let's show our support and commit to play in at least one of these tournaments. Remember, if we don't support our tour, no one else will!

Great Scene

As I was teeing off on 18, I saw the leaders coming up 10. It was a great scene, there were a caravan of carts and people watching the final group. There was certainly a buzz at Piper Glen this weekend. I'd love to see that same energy for the CIAGT Champ. Maybe we can watch the final group come in and support whats really been a great year for all.

I am still hoping to get TV-20 to come out and give us some coverage, so if anyone knows a contact at the station, put in a good word for our tour.

What Tournament Would You Like To See Fill The May Gap In The Schedule?

Since the Edgewood Championship has moved to August, we have a 4 week gap in the schedule. What type of event would you like to see in May that could help fill that gap?

A 2 day tournament at Piper Glen?
Moving the Links Amateur up a few weeks?
A 2 weekend tournament similar the City where the top 40 play Panther Creek or Illini?
A 2 weekend Match play?
Adding a new tournament with a new local course?

Let me know your ideas!

Will You Play In The C IAGT Championship if You Qualify?

I'm interested to know if you qualify for the CIAGT Championship, will you play? The trophy and prize money should be big, Is that enough incentive to play?

Welcome to the new CIAGT Blog

We have a lot of going on this year at CIAGT. With the addition of the SGI points chase, the Championship at Crane Creek, and the CIAGT championship, this should make for a very exciting and interesting year.

We look forward to hearing from you!
